This buyers guide is intended to be a major source of vacuum systems, components,
instrumentation and materials. It should be valuable to
manufacturers of products in which thin film technology and other related
processing systems are used, as well as the suppliers of the vacuum systems
and the instrumentation used during vacuum processing. There are literally
dozens of major suppliers listed in many dozens of product categories; these
are changed monthly to insure the inclusion of new groups and the addition of
